During my working life I have worked for charities, housing associations, local government, trade unions, the civil service as well as being self-employed. I am currently a lecturer.

I got involved with All4Inclusion, apart from wishing to support the work that Scott is doing, is because I am a disabled person and I want to work with other disabled people to achieve equity, inclusion and accessibility for all disabled people.

These sound like fine words but what do they mean?

It means that we remove the barriers that society has created and which disabled people have to face on a daily basis.

I campaign on a wide range of disability issues with other disabled people through All4Inclusion and through the two trade unions that I am a member of – Unite the Union and UCU (University & College Union)

I am currently living with stage 5b non hodgkins lymphoma , heart failure ptsd autism and mental health issues (not that it will stop me or hold me back).

Im a passionate advocate for disability awareness, actively involved in All4Inclusion’s Disability Awareness program.

I like to encourage individuals to share their personal experiences with disabilities and illnesses, highlighting how they impact daily routine, how they view there disability’s and or illnesses, while inquiring with people to kindly there practical advice for others who may be unaware of available support.

Through open conversations and education, together we strives to foster inclusivity, understanding, and a more supportive society for all.

Scott founded All4inclusion in February 2022, with a passion to reduce loneliness within the disability community.

In the summer of 2020, Scott became unwell. Initially he thought it was only something minor until his health spiralled taking him from being fit and healthy to having to use a wheelchair.

Scott has seen how many more disabled people suffer with be chronically lonely than non disabled people. All 4 Inclusion provides support for people within the community that stretches to carers and those looking to learn more through the lived experience of others.

When not working on All 4 Inclusion Scott consults for organisations such as WHO (World Health Organization) and leads Sign My Vid and Community First Consultancy.

As a social entrepreneur, Scott looks to find ways to elevate disabled people including working with some young neurodivergent adults looking to start employment.
